摘 要:1941年,为适应战时社会需要,加速培养人才,以及改革国立校院实施统一招生带来的种种弊端,教育部废止了国立院校统一招生办法,要求各国立院校在实施数校联合招考的同时探讨自主招生的方法。1943年,浙江大学在实施联合招考的同时,进行科学的调研,借鉴美国进步主义教育“八年研究”的经验,正式实施通过中学成绩审查办法招收新生,扩充选拔优秀学生的渠道,提升大学生源质量,以后又不断改进。中学成绩审查招生办法的实施不仅扩充了优秀人才的选拔类型、范围和途径,构建了科学的人才选拔评价系统,实现了中学与大学人才培养的有机衔接,也为创造性人才的培养提供了重要的基础。In 1941,in order to meet the needs of the wartime society,accelerate the training of talents for the fighting of the Anti-Japanese War and the founding of our country,and reform the drawbacks brought by the implementation of unified enrollment in national universities and institutes,the Ministry of Education abolished the unified enrollment method of national colleges and universities,and required national colleges and universities to explore independent enrollment methods while implementing joint enrollment.At the same time as the implementation of the joint entrance examination,Zhejiang University conducted scientific research,drawing on the experience of the“eight-year study”of progressive education in the United States,established the method of college admissions based on high school academic performance,expanded the channels of selecting outstanding students,and improved the quality of college students.In 1943,Zhejiang University officially took the policy that college admissions based on high school academic performance into effect,and continued to improve it until the victory of the Anti-Japanese War.The implementation of college admissions based on high school academic performance in Zhejiang University not only expands the type,scope and way of the selection of outstanding talents,builds a scientific talent selection and evaluation system,realizes the organic connection between middle school and university talent training,but also provides an important basis for the selection and training of creative talents.
