摘 要:车载雷达为了获得变形小、重量轻的雷达驱动齿轮座,首先基于变密度法,建立以齿轮座质量为优化目标函数,静应力变形为约束的拓扑优化数学模型,进行一次优化;在此基础上采用响应曲面法,建立以齿轮座重量、静应力最大变形量为目标函数与约束条件的多目标优化模型,实现二次优化。分析两次优化的有限元结果:相比于一次优化,二次优化后的底座质量减轻49.7%,静应力变形量降低15.1%。Mobile vehicle radar requiressmall deformation and light weight radar-driven gear seat.Firstly,based on the variable density method,the topology optimization mathematical model with the gear seat mass as the optimization objective function and the static stress deformation as the constraint is builded and optimized.On this basis,the response surface method is adopted to establish a multi-objective optimization model with the gear seat weight and the maximum deformation of static stress as the objective function and constraint conditions to achieve secondary optimization.The analysis results of two optimizations show that compared with the primary optimization,the base mass of the secondary optimization is reduced by 49.7%,and the static stress deformation is reduced by 15.1%.
