摘  要:开发了一种限幅激励压电旋转发电机,先通过非接触激励形式的旋转磁铁来实现移动凸轮的往复振动,之后通过移动凸轮为压电振子提供接触形式的激励作用。从理论与实验层面开展分析,研究结果表明:提高弹簧刚度形成了更大的最佳转速与带宽,提高激振力可以使各输出电压下形成更大有效带宽,输出电压发生了大幅波动,存在明显峰值,并未产生水平段。凸轮没有自锁的条件下提高升角,使凸轮横向振幅发生降低,采用凸轮间接激励的方法能够对压电振子的变形起到良好抑制作用。所有转速下都达到了较合适的电阻以获得最高输出功率,转速则不会引起最佳负载的明显变化。此方案利用磁耦合激振力以及弹簧刚度来实现凸轮幅频的调控功能,增强发电机运行可靠性,改善转速适应能力并增加有效频带宽度。A limited-amplitude excitation piezoelectric rotary generator is developed.Firstly,the reciprocating vibration of the moving CAM is realized by a rotating magnet in the form of non-contact excitation,and then the contact excitation is provided by the moving CAM for the piezoelectric vibrator.Theoretical and experimental results show that:increasing the spring stiffness forms a higher optimal speed and bandwidth;increasing the excitation force can form a larger effective bandwidth at each output voltage;the output voltage fluctuates significantly;there is an obvious peak;and there is no horizontal segment.When the CAM is not self-locking,the transverse amplitude of the CAM is reduced by increasing the lifting angle of the CAM.The method of CAM indirect excitation can restrain the deformation of the piezoelectric vibrator well.At all speeds,a suitable resistance is reached to obtain the highest output power,while the speed does not cause a significant change in the optimal load.In this scheme,the magnetic coupling excitation force and the spring stiffness are used to control the amplitude and frequency of the CAM,enhance the operation reliability of the generator,improve the speed adaptability and increase the effective frequency band width.
