摘 要:肝纤维化是各种慢性肝脏疾病发展为肝硬化、肝癌的共同初始阶段,是一种可逆的创伤愈合反应。其中肝星状细胞的活化是肝纤维化的一个关键环节。近年来,越来越多的研究表明非编码RNA通过调节基因表达、信号传导通路和细胞功能等多种方式参与调节肝纤维化的发生和发展,具有重要作用。本文综述了非编码RNA(微小RNA、长链非编码RNA和环状RNA)在肝纤维化中的作用机制及相关研究进展,旨在为肝纤维化的临床诊疗及预后等各方面提供新思路。Liver fibrosis is a common initial stage of various chronic liver diseases leading to cirrhosis and liver cancer,representing a reversible wound healing response.The activation of hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)is a key event in liver fibrosis.In recent years,increasing studies have shown that non-coding RNAs play important roles in regulating the occurrence and development of liver fibrosis through regulating gene expression,signal transduction pathway and cell function.In this article,the mechanism of action and related research progress of non-coding RNAs(miRNA,lncRNA and circRNA)in liver fibrosis are reviewed,aiming to provide new insights for clinical diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of liver fibrosis.
