终身教育视域下职成院校教师魅力课堂建构行动研究

摘　　要：教育终身化对于教师尤为重要,教师的能力水平直接影响着学生的培养质量和素养提升,终身教育是当代教师自身发展和适应职业的必由之路。文章通过调研访谈、学习日志与小组访谈等多种方式收集数据,基于职成院校教师对教学创新模式的需求,探索以学生为中心的创新教学模式,构建了具有区域特色、以生为本的课堂教学模式,以期为职成院校教师的教学创新活动提供有益借鉴。Lifelong education is particularly important for teachers.The quality of teachers directly affects the quality of students and education.Lifelong education is the only way for modern teachers to develop themselves and adapt to their careers.This research collected data through surveys,learning logs,group interviews and so on.Based on the demand of vocational and adult school teachers for innovative teaching models,and through demand survey,program formulation,action implementation,and evaluation and refection,this paper explores the innovation of teaching models and constructs a student-centered classroom teaching approach with regional characteristics,aimed at providing useful reference for vocational and adult teachers to conduct teaching innovation activities.
