摘  要:目的探讨核转运蛋白a2(KPNA2)和锌指转录因子Snail在结直肠癌组织中的表达其临床价值。方法选择广东医科大学附属医院2020年5月至2023年5月病理学确诊的123例结直肠癌组织标本及其癌旁组织标本,应用免疫组织化学法检测上述组织中KPNA2和Snail的表达,采用χ^(2)检验分析两者表达与结直肠癌临床病理因素的关系。结果结直肠癌组织中KPNA2表达率为69.11%(85/123),明显高于癌旁组织中KPNA2表达率22.76%(28/123),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=53.181,P<0.01)。KPNA2表达水平与结直肠癌患者淋巴结转移、组织学分化程度、TNM分期明显相关(χ^(2)=5.198、6.096、6.691,P<0.05),KPNA2表达水平与结直肠癌患者性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、浸润深度无明显相关(χ^(2)=0.152、0.033、0.028、0.003,P>0.05)。结直肠癌组织中Snail表达率为64.23%(79/123),明显高于癌旁组织中Snail表达率17.89%(22/123),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=54.575,P<0.01)。Snail表达水平与结直肠癌患者浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期明显相关(χ^(2)=4.513、5.192、5.811,P<0.05),Snail表达水平与结直肠癌患者组织学分化程度、性别、年龄、肿瘤部位无明显相关(χ^(2)=0.015、0.030、0.226、0.022,P>0.05)。结论结直肠癌组织中KPNA2和Snail的表达均升高,进行KPNA2和Snail检测可判断结直肠癌患者病情及预测结直肠癌患者的预后。Objective To investigate the clinical value of expression of Karyopherin a2(KPNA2)and Snail in colorectal cancer tissues.Methods A total of 123 colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissue tissues were selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from May 2020 to May 2023.The expression of KPNA2 and Snail in the above tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the relationship between KPNA2 and Snail expression and clinicopathologic factors of colorectal cancer were analyzed by Chi-square test.Results The expression rate of KPNA2 in colorectal cancer tissues was 69.11%(85/123),which was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues 22.76%(28/123),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=53.181,P<0.01).The expression level of KPNA2 were significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis,histological differentiation and TNM stage in colorectal cancer patients(Respectively,χ^(2)=5.198,6.096,6.691,P<0.05),There was no significant correlation between the expression level of KPNA2 with gender,age,tumor site and depth of invasion(Respectively,χ^(2)=0.152,0.033,0.028,0.003,P>0.05).The expression rate of Snail in colorectal cancer tissues was 64.23%(79/123),which was significantly higher than 17.89%(22/123)in adjacent normal tissues,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=54.575,P<0.01).The expression level of Snail were significantly correlated with depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage in colorectal cancer patients(Respectively,χ^(2)=4.513,5.192,5.811,P<0.05),There was no significant correlation between the expression level of Snail with histological differentiation,gender,age and tumor site of colorectal cancer patients(Respectively,χ^(2)=0.015,0.030,0.226,0.022,P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of KPNA2 and Snail are increased in colorectal cancer tissues.The detection of KPNA2 and Snail can determine the disease condition and predict the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients.
