烧山火针刺法辅治面瘫风寒型临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察烧山火针刺法辅治面瘫风寒型的临床疗效。方法:90例中2例退出研究,最终为88例,随机分为对照组及观察组各44例,两组均用西药及针刺治疗,观察组加用烧山火针刺法治疗。结果:治疗后观察组面部神经功能以及改良Portman评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:烧山火针刺法辅治面瘫风寒型可提高疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of burning mountain fire acupuncture in the treatment of facial paralysis of wind-cold type.Methods:Two of the 90 patients withdrew from the study,and finally 88 patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,44 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with western medicine and acupuncture,and the observation group were treated with burning mountain fire acupuncture in addition.Results:After treatment,the facial nerve function and modified Portman score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Burning mountain fire acupuncture could improve the curative effect of facial paralysis with wind-cold type.
