天麻钩藤颗粒联合尼莫地平治疗前庭性偏头痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察天麻钩藤颗粒联合尼莫地平治疗前庭性偏头痛的疗效。方法:78例用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各39例。对照组用尼莫地平治疗,研究组用天麻钩藤颗粒联合尼莫地平治疗。结果:总有效率研究组高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后研究组中医证候积分、VAS、DHI评分低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后眩晕发作次数、持续时间研究组短于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后脑血流速度研究组高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后血清BDNF、SP、CGRP水平研究组低于对照组而5-HT水平研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤颗粒联合尼莫地平治疗前庭性偏头痛可提高疗效。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Tianma Gouteng Granules combined with nimodipine in the treatment of vestibular migraine.Methods:Seventy-eight cases were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table method,39 cases in each group.The control group were treated with nimodipine while the study group were treated with Tianma Gouteng Granules combined with nimodipine.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,VAS and DHI in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the times of vertigo attacks in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05)and the duration of vertigo attacks in the study group were shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the cerebral blood flow velocity in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum BDNF,SP and CGRP levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group while the 5-HT level in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tianma Gouteng Granules combined with nimodipine could improve the curative effect in the treatment of vestibular migraine.
