灯盏细辛注射液辅治后循环短暂性脑缺血发作临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察灯盏细辛注射液辅治后循环短暂性脑缺血发作的效果。方法:80例随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。两组均予以替罗非班治疗,观察组联合灯盏细辛注射液治疗。结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、Hct水平均降低,观察组降低幅度更大(P<0.05)。治疗后两组椎/基底动脉血流速度均升高,观察组升高幅度更大(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:灯盏细辛注射液辅治后循环短暂性脑缺血发作可提高疗效,且不良反应较少。Objective:To observe the effect of Dengzhan Xixin Injection in adjuvant treatment of posterior circulation transient ischemic attack.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with tirofiban,and the observation group were treated with Dengzhan Xixin Injection.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and Hct in the two groups decreased,and the decrease in the observation group was greater(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood flow velocity of vertebral/basilar artery in the two groups increased,and the increase in the observation group was greater(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Erigeron Breviscapus Injection could improve the curative effect in adjuvant treatment of posterior circulation transient ischemic attack,with less adverse reactions.
