摘  要:沙门氏菌(Salmonella)是常见的能引起食源性疾病的人畜共患病原菌,其抗生素耐药性已成为全球公共卫生安全面临的主要挑战之一,严重危害公共健康和食品安全。文章重点阐述了近年来常见的沙门氏菌血清型及血清型分型技术研究进展,并对兽医临床主要抗菌剂的耐药机制进行综述,为进一步了解我国沙门氏菌优势血清型及其对各类药物的耐药机制、降低细菌耐药性的发生和传播、预防食源性污染提供理论支撑,也为沙门氏菌感染溯源及防控提供参考。Salmonella is a common zoonotic pathogen which can cause foodborne diseases.Antimicrobial resistance of Salmonella has become one of the major challenges to global public health safety,and would en-danger public health and food safety seriously.In this paper,the research progress of common serotypes and serotyping technology of Salmonella in recent years,and the antimicrobial resistance mechanisms in veterinary clinics were reviewed.These would provide theoretical foundations for further understanding the dominant Sal-monella serotypes and their resistance mechanisms to common antibiotics,reducing the occurrence and spread of antimicrobial resistance,and preventing foodborne contamination in China,as well as providing references for tracing and prevention of Salmonella infection.
