摘 要:目的:探究小儿癫痫诊断中睡眠脑电图的临床运用价值。方法:选取2019年11月至2022年10月厦门大学附属第一医院杏林分院儿科收治的小儿癫痫患儿100例作为研究对象,分别在患儿睡眠、睡前等阶段对其应用脑电图诊断,分析该检查方式的临床诊断价值。结果:临床诊断结果显示,100例患儿中,全面性发作例数为24例,局灶性发作例数为62例,局灶性继发全面性发作例数为14例。经脑电图检查结果显示,100例小儿癫痫患儿中,睡前阶段全面性发作检出率为83.33%(20/24),睡时阶段全面性发作检出率为100.00%(24/24),睡时阶段全面性发作检出率高于睡前阶段全面性发作检出率,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05);睡前阶段局灶性发作检出率为88.70%(55/62);睡时阶段局灶性发作检出率为98.38%(61/62);睡时阶段局灶性发作检出率高于睡前阶段局灶性发作检出率,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);睡前阶段局灶性继发全面性发作检出率为71.42%(10/14);睡时阶段局灶性继发全面性发作检出率为100.00%(14/14);睡时阶段局灶性继发全面性发作检出率高于睡前阶段局灶性继发全面性发作检出率,差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05);睡时阶段阳性总检出率为85.00%(85/100);睡时阶段阳性总检出率为99.00%(99/100);睡时阶段的阳性总检出率等均高于睡前阶段,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对于小儿癫痫患儿而言,对其进行诊断时,应用睡眠脑电图进行干预,这种方法有助于提升临床对小儿癫痫患儿不同发作类型的诊断效果,具有较高的应用价值。Objective:To explore the clinical application value of sleep electroencephalography in the diagnosis of pediatric epilepsy.Methods:A total of 100 pediatric epilepsy patients admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Xinglin Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from November 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects.Electroencephalogram(EEG)diagnosis was applied to the patients during sleep and bedtime stages,and the clinical diagnostic value of this examination method was analyzed.Results:Clinical diagnosis showed that among the 100 pediatric patients,there were 24 cases of generalized seizures,62 cases of focal seizures,and 14 cases of focal secondary generalized seizures.The results of EEG examination showed that among 100 children with epilepsy,the detection rate of comprehensive seizures in the pre sleep stage was 83.33%(20/24),and the detection rate of comprehensive seizures in the sleep stage was 100.00%(24/24).The detection rate of comprehensive seizures in the sleep stage was higher than that in the pre sleep stage,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of focal seizures in the pre bedtime stage was 88.70%(55/62).The detection rate of focal seizures during sleep was 98.38%(61/62).The detection rate of focal seizures during sleep was higher than that during bedtime,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of focal secondary generalized seizures in the pre bedtime stage was 71.42%(10/14).The detection rate of focal secondary generalized seizures during sleep was 100.00%(14/14).The detection rate of focal secondary generalized seizures during sleep was higher than that during bedtime,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total positive detection rate during sleep is 85.00%(85/100).The total positive detection rate during sleep is 99.00%(99/100).The total positive detection rate during the sleep phase was higher than that during the pre sleep phase,and the differences was
