摘　　要：随着整合肿瘤学发展和大量高质量临床研究的发表,针灸在肿瘤防治中的作用逐渐受到学界重视,然而其临床优势的作用机制尚不明确。本文拟从神经免疫系统交互的角度出发,从穴位神经免疫微环境、针刺调节自主神经抗炎以及心理神经免疫学等多层面探讨针灸肿瘤可能机制,以期为针灸治疗肿瘤的深入研究提供借鉴,推动针灸在肿瘤临床防治中的广泛应用。With the development of integrative oncology and the publication of a large number of high-quality clinical studies,the role of acupuncture and moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of tumor has gradually attracted attention from the academic community.However,the action mechanism of its clinical advantage is still unclear.From the perspective of neuroimmune interaction,this paper aims to explore the possible mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the prevention and treatment of tumor from various aspects including neuroimmune microenvironment of acupuncture points,the regulation of autonomic nerve anti-inflammatory by acupuncture,and psycho-neuroimmunology,so as to provide reference for the in-depth study of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of tumor,and to promote the extensive application of acupuncture and moxibustion in the clinical prevention and treatment of tumor.
