摘　　要：培养适应和引领现代产业发展的人才是现代产业学院重要的任务。以梧州学院资源循环利用产业学院为例,围绕地方资源循环利用产业需求,从人才培养模式、专业建设、课程体系、实习实训基地、教师队伍、产学研服务平台和管理体制机制等方面开展地方院校产业学院的建设研究,构建“政产学研用”多元协同育人机制,探索形成政校企产学研深度产教融合的新型应用型人才培养模式,为地方资源循环利用产业的发展提供有力的人才支持和智力支撑。It is an important task for a modern industry college to train talents who can adapt to and lead the development of modern industry.Taking the Resource Recycling Industry Institute of the Wuzhou University as an example,focusing on the needs of local resource recycling industries,to conduct research on the construction of industry colleges in local colleges and universities from the aspects of personnel training mode,specialty construction,curriculum system,practice and training base,teaching staff,service platform of production,teaching and research,and management mechanism,etc.,to construct the multi-element cooperative education mechanism of"Government-industry-university-research-use",and to explore the formation of a new application-oriented personnel training model of the integration of government-enterprise-industry-university-research,for the development of local resources recycling industry to provide a strong talent support and intellectual support.
