摘  要:为全面系统地挖掘蔷薇科小G蛋白ROP,在分子水平上为蔷薇科抗病育种提供候选基因。物种系统进化关系分析、ROP蛋白全基因组筛查、Rho功能域分析、蛋白聚类分析及理化性质分析分别运用了NCBI、iTOLv6、GDR、SMART、MEGA 11.0和Maximum-likelihood algorithm1及Protparam和Expasy等数据库及生物信息学在线软件。11种蔷薇科植物聚为6个亚支;11种蔷薇科植物中筛查到80个ROP蛋白;80个蔷薇科ROP蛋白和11个拟南芥ROP蛋白聚为6个进化分支;蛋白长度、等电点、分子量、脂肪指数及不稳定指数分别为143~215 aa、5.59~9.63、15.73599~23.87859 ku、85.28~94.95和27.96~57.14。80个蔷薇科ROP蛋白在草莓中数量最多,甜樱桃最少;蔷薇科ROP蛋白分布于第Ⅳ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ分支中,拟南芥ROP蛋白分布于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ分支中,即分支Ⅵ为蔷薇科特异性分支,分支Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ为拟南芥特异性分支。In order to comprehensively and systematically explore the small G protein ROP of Rosaceae,it provides candidate genes for disease resistance breeding of Rosaceae at the molecular level.Phylogenetic relationship analysis,ROP protein genome-wide screening,Rho functional domain analysis,protein cluster analysis and physicochemical property analysis used NCBI,iTOLv6,GDR,SMART,MEGA 11.0 and Maximum-likelihood algorithm1,Protparam and Expasy databases and bioinformatics online software,respectively.Eleven species of Rosaceae were clustered into 6 subclades;80 ROP proteins were screened in 11 species of Rosaceae;80 Rosaceae ROP proteins and 11 Arabidopsis ROP proteins were aggregated into 6 evolutionary branches;the protein length,isoelectric point,molecular weight,fat index and instability index were 143-215 aa,5.59-9.63,15.73599-23.87859 ku,85.28-94.95 and 27.96-57.14,respectively.80 Rosaceae ROP proteins were the most abundant in Fragaria ananassa and the least in Prunus avium;Rosaceae ROP proteins were distributed in branchesⅣ,ⅤandⅥ,Arabidopsis ROP proteins were distributed in branchesⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,ⅣandⅤ,that is,branchⅥwas a Rosaceae-specific branch,and branchesⅠ,ⅡandⅢwere Arabidopsis-specific branches.
