On the application of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma processing and decocting methods in classic prescription

摘  要:通过研究《伤寒论》与《金匮要略》中有关大黄的经方,总结大黄相关的炮制方法、煎药溶媒和煎煮时间及顺序。认为大黄酒制后可制约其“寒性”,引药上行,清上焦热;缓其峻下之功,保护胃肠;增强活血之效。蒸大黄可缓中补虚,祛瘀不伤正。生大黄可泻下攻积,清热泻火。大黄煎煮溶媒多为普通水、井花水和酒,煎煮时间多为30~60 min。通过总结,从而为临床医生提供大黄的用药规律,充分发挥其药效,以切中病机。By studying the classical prescriptions of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma in"Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases(伤寒论)"and"Jingui Yaolue"(金匮要略),the relevant processing methods,decocting solvents,decocting time and sequence of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma were summarized.It is concluded that the way of being prosessed by wine can alleviate the disadvantages of the bitter-cold of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma itself,promote the medicine upwards in the body,and clear upper-jiao heat as well as lessen drastic purgation to protect the gastrointestinal;besides,it is conducive to enhance the effect of blood circulation.Steamed Rhei Radix et Rhizoma can harmonize the middle-jiao and reinforcing in a deficiency condition,dispel stasis without damage to the healthy qi.Raw Rhei Radix et Rhizoma can relieve food retentions and clear heat-fire.The decocting solvent is mostly ordinary water,well water and wine;decocting time is mostly 30 to 60 min.Through the summary,we hope to provide the law of use of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,give full play to its efficacy,trying to hit the pathogenesis.
