MS-1A型脂肪肝治疗仪治疗代谢相关脂肪性肝病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用MS-1A型脂肪肝治疗仪治疗代谢相关脂肪性肝病的临床疗效及安全性。方法将90例患者应用随机数字表法分成治疗组、基础治疗组和给药组,每组30例,基础治疗组仅给予饮食方式、运动生活方式指导的基础治疗,疗程为12 w;给药组在基础治疗基础上采用易善复口服治疗,疗程为12 w;治疗组患者在基础治疗基础之上给予易善复口服治疗的同时应用MS-1A型脂肪肝治疗仪治疗,疗程为12 w。分别观察治疗前及第12周治疗后3组患者的BMI、腰臀比指标;肝功指标(ALT、AST、GGT);血脂指标(TC、TG、HDL-C)以及治疗前后患者的B超评分情况。结果治疗12 w后,治疗组总有效率为93.33%,高于基础治疗组的63.33%及给药组的80.00%(P<0.05)。与治疗前对比,在治疗第12周后,3组患者的BMI、腰臀比、肝功(ALT、AST、GGT)、血脂(TC、TG)指标以及B超评分均较治疗前降低,治疗组高于基础治疗组及给药组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,在治疗第12 w,3组患者的HDL-C数值均较治疗前有所升高,治疗组高于基础治疗组及给药组(P<0.05)。结论MS-1A型脂肪肝治疗仪作为新型无创治疗方式,对于代谢相关脂肪性肝病的临床治疗具有显著效果,同时在肝脏相关疾病的药物治疗方面发挥了较好的辅助作用,为代谢相关脂肪性肝病的临床治疗提供了新途径。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of MS-1A fatty liver therapy apparatus in the treatment of metabolism-related fatty liver disease.Methods 90 patients were divided into treatment group,basic treatment group and drug administration group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The basic treatment group was only given basic treatment with dietary style and exercise lifestyle guidance,and the course of treatment was 12 w;the administration group was treated with Yishanfu oral therapy on the basis of basic treatment,and the course of treatment was 12 w;treatment group was given oral Yishanfu therapy on the basis of basic treatment and MS-1A fatty liver therapy instrument,and the course of treatment was 12 w.BMI and waist-hip ratio of the 3 groups,liver function index(ALT,AST,GGT),blood lipid indexes(TC,TG,HDL-C),and B-ultrasound scores of patients before and after treatment were observed before treatment and after 12 weeks of treatment.Results After 12 w of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the basic treatment group(63.33%)and the administration group(80.00%)(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after the 12th week of treatment,BMI,waist-to-hip ratio,liver function(ALT,AST,GGT),lipid(TC,TG)indexes and B-ultrasound scores of patients in the 3 groups were all lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the basic treatment group and drug administration group(P<0.05);compared with before treatment,at the 12th week of treatment,the HDL-C value of the 3 groups was higher than that before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the basic treatment group and the drug administration group(P<0.05).Conclusion As a new non-invasive treatment method,MS-1A fatty liver therapy apparatus has a significant effect on the clinical treatment of metabolism-related fatty liver disease.At the same time,it plays a good auxiliary role in the drug treatment of liver-related diseases,providing a new wa
