摘 要:近年来,课程联盟机制下的MOOC课程取得了显著进展,但在教学实践中也面临一些挑战,特别是教学绩效问题,导致师生的教与学体验不佳。为此,文章首先对山东省高校课程联盟内的教师开展MOOC建设和应用情况的调查。然后,文章构建了结构方程模型,从MOOC建设者和使用者的视角分析MOOC教学绩效的影响因素,讨论变量之间的因果关系和效应值。结果发现,课程联盟机制下影响MOOC教学绩效的因素主要有教学环境支持、课程联盟优势和教师的行为认知。最后,文章根据教育生态学理论,分别从学校、课程联盟和教师三个层面提出提升MOOC教学绩效的对策和建议,以期为深化教育行政管理部门、高校和教师对课程联盟的认识提供依据,并为提升MOOC教学绩效提供参考。In recent years,MOOC courses under the curriculum alliance mechanism have made significant progress,but they also face some challenges in teaching practice,especially teaching performance issues,resulting in poor teaching and learning experience for teachers and students.Therefore,this paper firstly carried out a survey on the construction and application of MOOC among the teachers in university curriculum alliance of Shandong province.Then,the paper constructed a structural equation model to analyze the influencing factors of MOOC teaching performance from the perspectives of MOOC builders and users,and discussed the causal relationships and effect values between the variables.The data showed that the main factors affecting the teaching performance of MOOC under the curriculum alliance mechanism mainly included the teaching environment support,the advantages of curriculum alliance,and the teachers’behavioral cognition.Finally,based on the theory of educational ecology,strategies and suggestions for improving MOOC teaching performance were proposed from three levels of universities,curriculum alliances,and teachers,expecting to provide a basis for deepening the understanding on curriculum alliances among education administrative departments,universities,and teachers,and provide reference for improving MOOC teaching performance.
