摘  要:水禽的肉及副产品是人类主要蛋白质来源之一。三穗鸭具有产蛋量高、肉用性能好等优点,但其分子遗传机制未被解开。目前,对三穗鸭的研究主要包括遗传育种、肉质、疫病防控、生产性能、饲料添加剂等方面,并取得了一定研究成果。文章对三穗鸭的养殖现状、遗传育种、生长性能、疫病防控等方面的研究进展进行综述,以期为三穗鸭产业的发展提供参考。The meat and by-products of waterfowl are one of the main sources of protein for humans.Sansui duck has the advantages of high egg production and good meat performance,but its molecular genetic mechanism has not been solved.At present,the research on Sansui duck mainly includes genetic breeding,meat quality,disease prevention and control,production performance,feed additives,and so on,and some research results have been achieved.In the paper,the current situation of breeding,genetic breeding,growth performance,disease prevention and control of Sansui duck were reviewed in order to provide reference for the development of Sansui duck industry.
