摘 要:当前,教师的信息素养水平与智慧校园的建设要求存在较大差距,迅速提升教师信息素养是学校教育信息化面临的重大挑战。而高等职业教育作为与经济、社会联系最紧密的教育类型,肩负培养高素质、高水平的技术技能型人才的重任,如何把握住人工智能时代的人才培养方向,为社会输送更加契合时代需求的人才,在当前环境下显得尤为重要。立足人工智能时代特征,对教师信息素养及高职学生职业素养进行探索,最终提出提升教师的信息理论水平及人才培养改进对策和建议。There is a big gap between the level of teachers'information literacy and the requirements of the construction of smart campus,and rapidly improving teachers'information literacy is a major challenge facing education informatization.As the education type most closely connected with the economy and society,higher vocational education shoulders the heavy responsibility of cultivating high-quality and high-level technical talents.In the current environment,it is particularly important to grasp the direction of talent training in the era of artificial intelligence and deliver talents in line with the needs of the era.Based on the characteristics of the era of artificial intelligence,this paper explores the information literacy of teachers and the professional literacy of higher vocational students,and finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of information theory of teachers and personnel training.
