摘　　要：目的研究巩膜瓣缝线跨度大小对青光眼小梁切除术患者术后眼压的影响。方法选取2022年8月—2023年3月黑龙江齐齐哈尔市建华医院眼科收治的需做青光眼小梁切除术的40例患者入组研究。按照入院顺序,将患者分为对照组(前20例)和研究组(后20例)。对照组使用传统小梁切除术联合周边虹膜切除术方式治疗,研究组使用跨巩膜瓣埋藏缝线方式进行手术治疗,观察两组患者在术后的眼压情况,分析临床效果。结果研究组患者在术后1周、3、6个月的眼压均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者术后滤过泡瘢痕化率为0低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.714,P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用巩膜瓣缝线方式治疗,能大大减少患者并发症的发生率,减少不良反应,提高患者满意度。Objective To study the effect of transscleral flap suture span on intraocular pressure after trabeculectomy for glaucoma.Methods A total of 40 patients requiring trabeculectomy for glaucoma admitted to the department of ophthalmology of Qiqihar Jianhua Hospital from August 2022 to March 2023 were enrolled.According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into control group(first 20 cases)and study group(last 20 cases).Traditional trabeculectomy combined with peripheral iridectomy was used in the control group,while transscleral flap burial suture was used in the study group.The intraocular pressure of the two groups was observed and the clinical effect was analyzed.Results The IOP of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 1 week,3 months and 6 months after operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of postoperative filtering bleb scarring in the study group was 0 lower than that in the control group 25.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.714,P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of transscleral flap suture treatment can greatly reduce the occurrence of complications,reduce adverse reactions,improve patient satisfaction.
