摘　　要：“一带一路”高质量发展能够推进中国式现代化发展。基于理论逻辑分析明确了“一带一路”高质量发展推进中国式现代化发展的内在逻辑关系,进而审视了“一带一路”高质量发展推进中国式现代化发展的现实基础。在此基础上,系统分析了“一带一路”高质量发展推进中国式现代化发展的作用机制并提出“一带一路”高质量发展推进中国式现代化发展的实现路径,主要有:加速产业转型升级,提高产业国际竞争力;优化“一带一路”高质量发展的外部环境;扩大内需,夯实中国与“一带一路”沿线国家(地区)合作的国内基础;构建更加开放安全的保障体系。基于此,更好地借助“一带一路”高质量发展契机来实现中国式现代化发展。The high-quality development of the Belt and Road can promote the development of Chinese path to modernization.Based on theoretical logic analysis,this paper clarifies the internal logic relationship between the high-quality development of the Belt and Road and the advancement of Chinese modernization,and further examines the realistic foundation for the high-quality development of the Belt and Road to advance the development of Chinese modernization.On this basis,the paper systematically analyzes the mechanism of high-quality development of the Belt and Road to promote the development of Chinese path to modernization,and proposes the realization path of high-quality development of the Belt and Road to promote the development of Chinese modernization:accelerate industrial transformation and upgrading and improve industrial international competitiveness;optimize the external environment for high-quality development of the Belt and Road;expand domestic demand and consolidate the domestic foundation for cooperation between China and the countries and regions involved in the Belt and Road Initiative;build a more open and secure security system.Based on this,we should better take advantage of the opportunity of high-quality development of the Belt and Road to achieve Chinese modernization.
