网络惯例、知识转移与创新绩效的关系——以合作公平、吸收能力为调节变量

摘　　要：网络惯例作为非正式治理的重要方式在创新网络治理中发挥着重要作用,但目前对于其内部维度之间的作用机制并不清楚。鉴于此,结合社会网络理论﹑组织公平理论,对网络惯例﹑知识转移﹑创新绩效﹑合作公平以及吸收能力的内在作用机制进行剖析和实证检验。结果发现:(1)网络惯例中的行为默契和规范共识能够对企业创新绩效产生积极影响;(2)知识转移在网络惯例与创新绩效之间具有中介作用,即网络惯例的治理功能可以促进成员之间的知识转移,进而对成员的创新绩效产生积极影响;(3)在创新网络中,企业的吸收能力对知识转移与创新绩效之间的关系起负向调节作用,原因是成员的吸收能力越强可能会增大对方对自身核心知识的保护力度,导致知识转移的难度增大,则较高的吸收能力反而对知识转移与创新绩效之间的关系产生抑制作用;(4)在合作创新中,程序公平与分配公平会正向调节网络惯例与知识转移之间的关系,即二者会增强网络惯例对知识转移的正向促进作用,而互动公平的调节作用并不显著;(5)网络惯例中行为默契与规范共识两维度之间存在正相关关系,彼此间的倒“U”型关系并不显著。As an important way of informal governance,network convention plays an important role in innovating network governance,but it is not clear about the mechanism between its internal dimensions.In view of this,combined with social network theory and organizational justice theory,this paper analyzes and empirically tests the internal mechanisms of network routines,knowledge transfer,innovation performance,cooperation justice and absorptive capacity.The research findings are as follows:(1)Behavioral tacit understanding and normative consensus in network routines can positively affect a company's innovation performance.(2)Knowledge transfer plays a mediating role between network routines and innovation performance,meaning that the governance function of network routines promotes knowledge transfer among members,which in turn positively affects their innovation performance.(3)In innovation networks,a company's absorptive capacity negatively moderates the relationship between knowledge transfer and innovation performance.The reason is that stronger absorptive capacity among members may intensify the other party's protection of their core knowledge,leading to a more dificult knowledge transfer,as a result,higher absorptive capacity actually has a suppressive effect on the relationship between knowledge transfer and innovation performance.(4)In collaborative innovation,procedural justice and distributive justice positively moderate the relationship between network routines and knowledge transfer,enhancing the positive effect of network routines on knowledge transfer;however,the moderating effect of interactional justice on the relationship between network routines and knowledge transfer is not significant.(5)There is a positive correlation between the two dimensions of behavioral tacit understanding and normative consensus in network routines,but the inverted U-shaped relationship between them is not significant.
