摘　　要：安全检查是航空飞行中的一个关键环节,而安检人员在航空安全的整体运作中有着十分关键的作用。安检人员职业性质特殊、任务繁杂、重复性高、工作时间漫长不固定,容易引起职业倦怠、焦虑、抑郁等心理问题。通过问卷调查法对某机场安检人员疲劳度和心理健康关系进行研究,提出合理有效的干预和积极引导措施,可以提升安检人员身心健康,提高安检的效率和质量,保障民航的安全。The safety inspection is a key link in the aviation flight,and the safety inspector plays a key role in the whole aviation safety operation.It is easy to cause the security personnel has job burnout,anxiety,depression and other psychological problems because of the special occupational nature,complex tasks,high repeatability,long⁃time and unfixed working.This paper studies the relationship between fatigue and mental health of airport security personnel by means of questionnaire,and puts forward reasonable and effective measures for prevention and positive guidance,which can improve the physical and mental health of security personnel,improve the efficiency and qual⁃ity of security checks to ensure the safety of civil aviation.
