用户创业学习、创业能力与创业绩效的影响关系——基于众创空间网络嵌入的调节作用

摘　　要：为给用户创业者管理企业和提升创业绩效提供一定的参考依据,从用户创业者入手,基于对237名用户创业者的调研,探究用户创业学习、用户创业能力及用户创业绩效之间的关系,并研究众创空间网络嵌入的调节作用。研究表明,用户创业学习对用户创业绩效有显著正向影响;用户创业能力在创业学习对用户创业绩效的影响作用中起部分中介作用;众创空间网络嵌入在用户创业学习对用户创业能力的影响作用中,以及在用户创业能力对用户创业绩效的影响作用中均起正向调节作用。由此提出用户创业者要认识到创业学习的重要性并积极嵌入到众创空间网络中;除此之外,政府应高度重视众创空间促进创新创业发展的重要作用,进一步加大对众创空间的资金支持、政策扶持,同时加强对众创空间的监督和管理,确保为创业者提供优质的创业服务和创业环境。In order to provide user entrepreneurs with valuable advice on business management and improving entrepreneurial performance,this study investigates the relationship between user entrepreneurial learning,user entrepreneurial competence and user entrepreneurial performance through a study involving 237 user entrepreneurs and examines the moderating role of crowdsourcing space network embeddedness.The study shows that:user entrepreneurial learning has a significant positive effect on user entrepreneurial performance;user entrepreneurial competence plays a partial intermediary role in the impact of user entrepreneurial learning on user entrepreneurial performance;crowdsourcing space network embeddedness plays a positive role in the influence of user entrepreneurial learning on user entrepreneurial competence,and also plays a positive role in the influence of user entrepreneurial competence on user entrepreneurial performance.Consequently,it is recommended that user entrepreneurs recognize the significance of entrepreneurial learning and actively engage in the network of crowdsourcing space.Furthermore,the government should acknowledge the pivotal role of crowdsourcing space in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.The government should enhance financial and policy support for crowdsourcing space and strengthen their supervision and management to ensure that entrepreneurs have access to high-quality entrepreneurial services and environments.
