摘　　要：随着我国高等教育规模的扩大及就业体制改革的深入,大学生的职业决策困难日益凸显,如何帮助大学生克服和减少职业决策困难成为值得关注的问题。在生涯混沌理论视角下,大学生的职业决策困难主要体现在积极不确定感欠缺、生涯适应力不足、生命意义感缺失三个方面。以此为切入点探索大学生职业决策困难的突破路径,以期帮助大学生克服和减少职业决策困难,在瞬息万变的世界中寻找到自己的最佳定位。With the expansion of higher education scale and the deepening of employment system reform in China,difficulties of career decision-making for college students have become more and more prominent.How to help college students overcome and reduce career decision-making difficulties has become a noteworthy problem.From the perspective of career chaos theory,college students career decision-making difficulties are mainly reflected in three aspects:lack of positive uncertainty,lack of career adaptability,and lack of sense of life meaning.Based on this,the paper explores the breakthrough path of career decision-making difficulties for college students so as to help them overcome and reduce career decision-making difficulties and find their best position in the rapidly changing world.
