摘　　要：2023年9月于新加坡落下帷幕的世界肺癌大会公布了第九版胸腺肿瘤TNM分期。新版分期基于更庞大、全面的数据库,对胸腺肿瘤的TNM分期进行了修改和验证,目的是使第九版TNM分期在更具统计学力度的同时,也拥有更强的临床可操作性。而第九版分期的推出,也必将会对胸腺肿瘤将来的临床、科研工作带来改变。The announcement of the 9th edition of TNM staging system for thymic tumors was one of the highlights at the World Conference on Lung Cancer 2023.The revision,based on a larger and more detailed database,provides changes and confirmation from the last system.The 9th edition of TNM staging system aims to balance statistical significance and clinical feasibility.The birth of an improved TNM staging system heralds the changes that will follow in clinical practice and scientific research.
