以“创造的教育”培养“创新型体育人才”:学理、路径与反思

摘　　要：培养大批具有创造精神和创新能力,能够担当把体育建成中华民族伟大复兴标志性事业大任的创新型体育人才,对支撑经济社会高质量发展具有重要意义。“创造的教育”是培养创造性人才的教育,其教育理念不仅仅是一种理论,更是一种实践。“创造的教育”的可教育性、可转化性、可迁移性可为创新型体育人才的培养提供理论支持与实践参考。研究得出,创新型体育人才培养必须深化体育专业人才供给侧改革,积极主动对接经济社会发展需要,创造性转变体育人才培养的目标定位;必须前瞻性、引领性重新定义创新型体育人才核心能力;必须创造性重塑创新型体育人才培养的教育体系、理论体系、知识体系、方法体系等;必须创造性构建创新型体育人才培养师生共同体;必须转变学习方式,使学生从简单的“学习”进阶到“学会学习”和“持续学习”。创新型体育人才的自主培养要坚持“以立德树人为根本任务,以为党育人、为国育才为根本目标”;要充分发挥体育教师的引领性作用与功能;要勇于尝试从实践领域突破创新型体育人才培养。以创造的教育培养创新型体育人才,为建设体育强国、健康中国开辟新领域和新赛道。Cultivating a large number of innovative sports talents with creative spirit and innovation ability,who can assume the great responsibility of building sports into a landmark cause of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,is of great significance to supporting high-quality economic and social development.“Creative education” is the education of cultivating creative talents.Its educational idea is not only a theory,but also a practice.The educability,transferability and transferability of “creative education” can provide theoretical support and practical reference for the training of innovative sports talents.It is concluded that the training of innovative sports talents must deepen the supply-side reform of the sports professionals,take the initiative to meet the needs of economic and social development,and creatively change the target orientation of sports talents training;It is necessary to redefine the core competence of innovative sports talents in a forward-looking and leading manner.It is necessary to creatively reshape the education system,theory system,knowledge system,method system,etc.;it is necessary to creatively build a community of teachers and students for cultivating innovative sports talents.It is necessary to change the learning style so that students move from simple “learning” to “learning to learn” and “continuous learning”.The independent training of innovative sports talents should adhere to the “moral cultivation as the fundamental task,for the party to educate people,for the country to educate talent as the fundamental goal”;The leading role and function of PE teachers should be brought into full play;We should be brave to try to break through the training of innovative sports talents from the field of practice.Cultivate innovative sports talents through creative education,and open up new fields and new tracks for building a strong sports country and a healthy China.
