摘　　要：回顾嘉定痹病的发生过程和诊疗史,同时回顾抗战期间医学和化工领域相关科学家围绕它进行的科研工作以及相应的社会改革。通过分析此病从庶民俗语中的乡土病症到地方精英的书面雅言记录的痹病,从中国传统医学到现代医学的不同处理方法,以及现代化工专家的调查和科研改进。揭示同一疾病在不同的医疗视野里对诊断和病症处置的文化差异,同时也呈现了近代医学和化工科研在中国逐渐在地化的过程。由此折射出抗战时期,科技、医疗、工业及居民的生活迈向现代化的一个历史瞬间。The article provides a detailed look at Kiating paralysis,including its occurrence,historical background,diagnostic and treatment methods,and scientific studies conducted by experts in the medical and chemical fields during the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression.Through the analysis of the transformation of this disease from a common folk ailment in local dialects to a documented condition in the writings of local elites,from different treatment methods conducted by Traditional Chinese Medicine and modern medicine,as well as the investigation and scientific research improvements given by those modern chemical experts,the article reveals the cultural differences in the diagnosis and treatment of the same disease in different medical perspectives and demonstrates the gradual localization of modern medical and chemical research in China.This reflects a historical moment during the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression when science and technology,medicine,industry,and the lives of residents moved towards modernization.
