摘　　要：三叉神经痛,历史上被称为"自杀病",是一种极其痛苦的神经系统疾病,其特征是突然发作的强烈面部疼痛。目前的治疗手段仍然不能获得理想效果。因此,对其发生机制进行深入研究,才有可能发现更多潜在治疗靶点和手段。Trigeminal neuralgia,historically dubbed the"suicide disease",is an extremely painful neurological condition,characterized by sudden episodes of intense facial pain.Unfortunately,the current treatment methods still can't get the desired effect.Therefore,the in-depth study of the mechanism is crucial to find more potential therapeutic targets and means.
