摘  要:电力系统运行环境复杂,受高电压、不均衡负载等因素的影响,导致应急抢修指挥过程中故障定位精度较差,抢修耗时长。为此,提出一种基于北斗卫星通信导航的电力应急抢修指挥系统。系统硬件以北斗卫星通信导航平台作为核心,设计北斗卫星通信导航平台的监测模块、故障提取与转发模块、路径规划模块、调度中心模块。根据模块化的设计理念,设计故障定位与最佳路径规划的软件程序,通过信息熵算法与决策树得到应急状态的划分,通过不同等级安排相应的抢修策略,完成电力应急抢修的指挥。实验结果表明,所提方法的抢修时间短、故障定位效果好、失负荷量小。The complex operating environment of the power system is affected by factors such as high voltage and unbalanced load,which leads to poor fault positioning accuracy and long repair time in the emergency repair command process,a power emergency repair command system based on Beidou satellite communication navigation is proposed.In the system hardware,the Beidou satellite communication navigation platform is taken as the core to design the monitoring module,fault extraction and forwarding module,path planning module,and dispatching center module of the Beidou satellite communication navigation platform.According to the modular design concept,the software program for fault location and optimal path planning is designed.The emergency status is divided by means of the information entropy algorithm and the decision tree,and the corresponding emergency repair strategies are arranged by means of different levels to complete the command of power emergency repair.The experimental results show that the proposed method has short repair time,good fault location effect,and low load loss.
