摘　　要：安全是发展的前提,发展是安全的保障。回顾我国安全生产立法的历史背景,对比国外安全生产法律法规体系,总结安全生产立法对于安全生产和劳动保护工作的重要性。从我国新《安全生产法》的修订背景出发,探讨了新形势下我国安全生产现状,介绍了纺织新材料新技术在安全生产领域的重要性,并为进一步在新形势下保障安全生产工作总结了意见。Security is the premise of development,and development is the guarantee of security.Through reviewing the history and evolution of China's safety production legislation,and comparing the foreign legal system of safety produc-tion,the importance of safety production legislation to production safety and labor protection is summarized.Starting from the background of the revision of the new"Safety Production Law",the current status of production safety in China under the new situation are discussed,the importance of new textile materials and technologies in the field of production safety are introduced,and the constructive suggestions for further ensuring production safety under new realities are put forward.
