摘  要:以聚醚端环氧硅油、异丙醇、N-氨乙基哌嗪为原料,合成哌嗪嵌段改性低黄变滑爽硅油M-5515。探讨聚醚端环氧硅油相对分子质量、聚醚端环氧硅油和N-氨乙基哌嗪物质的量比、合成时间对产品性能的影响,用FT-IR对产品进行结构表征及分析。筛选出的最优工艺为:聚醚端环氧硅油的相对分子质量13 000,聚醚端环氧硅油、N-氨乙基哌嗪物质的量比1.0∶1.2,反应时间6 h。将制得的嵌段硅油应用在涤、棉等织物上,结果表明:乳液通用性强,整理织物的黄变小且滑爽性能优异。Piperazine block modified low yellowing smooth silicone oil M-5515 was synthesized from polyether-ter-minated epoxy silicone oil,isopropanol and N-aminoethyl piperazine.The effects of the relative molecular weight of poly-ether-end epoxy silicone oil,the molar ratio of polyether-end epoxy silicone oil to N-aminoethyl piperazine,and the reac-tion time on the performance of product were discussed,and the structure of the final product was characterized and ana-lyzed by FT-IR.The optimal process was selected as follows:the relative molecular weight of polyether-end epoxy silicone oil 13000,the molar ratio of polyether-end epoxy silicone oil to N-aminoethyl piperazine 1.0:1.2,reaction time 6 h.The obtained block silicone oil was applied to polyester,cotton and other fabrics.The results show that the emulsion had strong versatility,the yellowing of the finished fabrics was reduced,and the smoothness was excellent.
