摘  要:在木质素对纤维素酶酶解形成的空间位阻、非生产性吸附等的基础上,重点综述了预处理、木质素的分布、相对分子质量、官能团及化学键、改性木质素,以及木质素酚类衍生物等对纤维素酶酶解抑制的影响,探讨了不同类型木质素对降低纤维素酶酶解抑制的作用。借助现代技术分析手段,采取有效措施以期实现对木质素结构的定向调控,降低木质素对纤维素酶酶解抑制,减少纤维素酶酶解的成本。最后针对预处理成本、预处理对环境影响等问题及绿色、高效的纤维素酶酶解技术面临的机遇和挑战进行了展望。Based on the research of the inhibition mechanism of lignin on cellulase hydrolysis,such as steric hindrance and non-productive adsorption,the paper focused on the effects of pretreatment,lignin distribution in substrate,molecular weight,functional groups and chemical bonds of lignin,modified lignin and lignin phenolic derivatives on the inhibition of enzymatic hydrolysis.The effect of different types of lignin on reducing the inhibition of enzymatic hydrolysis was investigated.Combined with advanced technical analysis means,effective measures were taken to realize tthe targeted regulation of lignin structure for mitigating the negative impact of lignin and reducing the cost of cellulase.Finally,in view of the problems such as the cost of pretreatment and the effect of pretreatment on environment,the opportunities and challenges of the green and efficient enzymatic hydrolysis technology were proposed.
