摘 要:Thaxtomin是由疮痂链霉菌(Streptomyces scabies)、酸性疮痂链霉菌(Streptomyces acidiscabies)等植物病原菌产生的天然产物,具有新颖的化学结构和良好的除草活性,是美国环境保护局批准用作农田除草剂的主要活性物质,是一类非常有潜力的新一代生物除草剂。本文主要从thaxtomin结构特点、生物合成及调控机制、衍生物合成等方面,对其研究进展进行了综述,总结讨论了thaxtomin产量提高及衍生物合成的策略,并对thaxtomin的后续研究进行了探讨。Thaxtomins are natural products produced by plant-pathogenic Streptomyces strains such as S.scabies and S.acidiscabies,which have novel chemical structures and excellent herbicidal activity,have been developed as the main active component of a bioherbicide approved by the United States Environmental Protection Agency.Therefore,thaxtomins are the next-generation bioherbicide with great potential.In the paper,the research progresses of thaxtomins were reviewed from several aspects,including structure characteristics,biosynthesis,regulatory mechanism.The strategies to increase thaxtomin yield and synthesize thaxtomin derivatives were summarized and discussed,the subsequent researches on thaxtomins were also discussed.
