摘  要:双减背景下,私人图书馆通过组织具有专业技能的志愿者、整合私人资源,嵌入中小学生课后教育体系,为读者提供专业化服务,实现私人图书馆价值。图书馆专业化建设需要馆员服务专业化做支撑,论文以湖南省湘潭市私人图书馆“小妃书屋”参与中小学生课后教育为例,分析了该馆引导中小学生课后学习的经验。论文提出私人图书馆应遵循中小学生教育规律,做合作思维的教育者、批判性思维的引导者、情境化思维的构建者,在馆校协同理念下,更好地发挥总分馆建设作用,实现图书馆社会教育职能。In the context of dual reduction,private libraries organize volunteers with professional skills,integrate private resources,embed in the after-school education system for primary and secondary school students,provide professional services for readers,and realize the value of private libraries.The professional construction of the library needs the support of the professional service of librarians.Taking the“Xiaofei Bookstore”of the private library in Xiangtan City of Hunan Province as an example,this paper analyzes the experience of the library in guiding the afterschool learning of primary and secondary students.It is proposed that private libraries should follow the educational laws of primary and secondary school students,act as educators of cooperative thinking,guides of Critical thinking,and constructors of situational thinking,and better play the role of the general library and branch library construction under the concept of library school collaboration,so as to realize the social education function of libraries.
