摘　　要：通过对多中心重症监护室现有的传统支气管镜与一次性可视支气管内窥镜进行比较,从采购成本、临床使用效果、清洁消毒以及交叉感染给临床带来的一系列成本问题进行分析,探究一次性可视支气管内窥镜的成本效益分析方法。By comparing existing conventional reusable bronchoscopes and disposable visible bronchoscopes in multicenter intensive care units,this study conducted a cost-benefit analysis on disposable visual bronchoscopes from a series of cost issues such as procurement cost,clinical use effect,cleaning and disinfection,and the occurrence of cross infection.
