乳腺旋切微创术治疗多发性乳腺纤维瘤患者的疗效及美容效果

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺旋切微创术治疗多发性乳腺纤维瘤患者的疗效及美容效果分析。方法选择2020年1月至2022年12月邵武市立医院收治的130例多发性乳腺纤维瘤患者为研究对象,按照手术术式不同将患者分为对照组和研究组,各65例。对照组行传统乳腺纤维瘤切除术治疗,研究组行乳腺旋切微创术治疗。比较分析两组患者手术相关指标、不同时段疼痛程度、手术前后心理状态、并发症发生率、美容效果及满意度。结果研究组住院时间、切口愈合时间均短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,瘢痕长度、切口长度均小于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后各个时段(术后8 h、24 h、48 h)疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者术前心理状态评分对比无差异(P>0.05)。术后90 d时两组患者心理状态评分均低于术前(P<0.05)。且相较于对照组,研究组心理状态评分在术后90 d时均更低(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,研究组并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,研究组美容效果优良率更高(P<0.05)。相较于对照组,研究组满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论多发性乳腺纤维瘤患者治疗应用乳腺旋切微创术,不但可以使患者不良心理、疼痛程度均得到有效减轻,并发症发生率得到有效减少,同时也可以对患者美的追求给予有效满足,拥有更为优良的美容效果,整体疗效更佳。Objective To investigate the curative effect and cosmetic effect of breast rotatory microincision in the treatment of multiple mammary fibroma.Methods A total of 130 patients with multiple breast fibroids admitted to Shaowu Municipal Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were divided into a control group and a study group of 65 cases each according to the different surgical procedures.The control group was treated with traditional mastectomy for breast fibroma,and the study group was treated with minimally invasive rotary mastectomy.Comparison and analysis of the two groups of patients'surgery-related indexes,the degree of pain at different times,the psychological state before and after the operation,the complication rate,the cosmetic effect and satisfaction.Results The study group's hospitalization time and incision healing time were shorter than those of the control group,bleeding was less than that of the control group,and scar length and incision length were smaller than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group in all postoperative periods(8 h,24 h and 48 h after surgery)(P<0.05).There was no difference in the comparison of preoperative psychological state scores between the two groups(P>0.05).At 90 d postoperatively,the psychological state scores of patients in both groups were lower than those before surgery(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the psychological state scores of the study group were lower at 90 d postoperatively(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the complication rate was lower in the study group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the study group had a higher rate of excellent cosmetic results(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the study group had higher satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of multiple mammary fibroma patients,the application of breast rotation microincision can not only effectively reduce the adverse psychological an
