摘　　要：目的分析微生物检验在感染性疾病患者中的应用价值。方法选取晋江市医院晋南分院在2022年4月至2023年3月收治的134例感染性疾病患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=67)和对照组(n=67),对照组行常规性抗生素治疗,观察组先进行微生物检测,然后依照检测结果进行抗生素治疗。分析134例病原菌类型,对比两组感染率、治疗总有效率及复发情况。结果134例患者中共分离出病原菌128株,其中G^(+)菌46株(35.94%),G^(-)菌43株(33.59%),真菌39株(30.47%);观察组总感染率、复发率均较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论微生物检验在感染性疾病可以准确诊断病原菌类型,提高治疗总有效率,降低感染复发。Objective To analyze the application value of microbiological examination in patients with infectious diseases.Methods A total of 134 patients with infectious diseases admitted to Jin'nan Branch,Jinjiang Hospital from April 2022 to March 2023 were selected as research objects,and randomly divided into observation group(n=67)and control group(n=67).The control group was treated with conventional antibiotic therapy,while the observation group was tested for microorganisms and then treated with antibiotic therapy according to the test results.The types of pathogenic bacteria in 134 cases were analyzed,and the infection rate,total treatment effective rate and recurrence were compared.Results A total of 128 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 134 patients,including 46 strains of G^(+)bacteria(35.94%),43 strains of G^(-)bacteria(33.59%)and 39 strains of fungi(30.47%);the total infection rate and recurrence rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total treatment effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Microbiological test in infectious diseases can accurately diagnose the type of pathogenic bacteria,increase the total effective rate,reduce the recurrence risk.
