全程化专业护理个案管理对子宫肌瘤患者治疗依从性和生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察全程化专业护理个案管理对行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术患者治疗依从性和生活质量等指标的影响。方法选取2022年5月至2023年1月抚州市妇幼保健院收治的62例行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤切除术患者按随机数字表法分成观察组(n=31)和对照组(n=31)。对照组给予围手术期常规护理,观察组在围手术期常规护理的基础上实施全程化专业护理个案管理。对比两组患者治疗依从性、护理满意度、生活质量和患者心理适应性的变化。结果观察组患者治疗依从性及护理满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05);护理后两组SF-36各维度得分均较护理前增加,PAIS-SR各维度得分较护理前降低(均P<0.05),且观察组与对照组间均存在差异(均P<0.05)。结论全程化专业护理个案管理可有效提高子宫肌瘤患者治疗依从性,并改善患者生活质量以及心理适应性,提升护理工作的质量。Objective To observe the effects of totalized professional nursing case management on the indicators of treatment adherence and quality of life in patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods Sixty-two cases of laparoscopic myomectomy patients admitted to Fuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=31)and the control group(n=31)according to the method of randomized numerical table.The control group was given perioperative routine nursing care,and the observation group implemented comprehensive professional nursing case management on the basis of perioperative routine nursing care.Comparison of the two groups of patients'treatment compliance,nursing satisfaction,and changes in quality of life and patients'psychological adaptability.Results Treatment adherence and nursing care satisfaction of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(both P<0.05);after nursing care,the scores of SF-36 dimensions in both groups increased compared with those before nursing care,and the scores of PAIS-SR dimensions decreased compared with those before nursing care(both P<0.05),and there were differences between the observation group and the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusions Whole-process professional nursing case management can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients with uterine fibroids,improve the quality of life and psychological adaptability of patients,and enhance the quality of nursing work.
