围手术期护理对脑膜瘤手术患者心理状态及护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨围手术期护理对脑膜瘤手术患者心理状态及护理满意度的影响。方法将辽阳市中心医院2021年1月至2023年8月神经外科收治78例脑膜瘤患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法均分为观察组及对照组各39例。对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者采取围手术期护理,两组患者干预前后均进行以焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)为依据的心理状态评价,并比较两组护理满意度。结果经护理后,两组患者SAS、SDS评分均较护理前有所下降,且观察组两项评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组满意度(92.31%vs.76.92%)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围手术期护理干预对行脑膜瘤手术患者效果明显,能够显著降低患者负面情绪,提高患者对医护满意程度,同时促进和谐的护患及医患关系。Objective To explore the impact of perioperative nursing interventions on the psychological status and nursing satisfaction of patients undergoing meningioma surgery.Methods Seventy-eight patients with meningiomas admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery of Liaoyang Central Hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were studied,and were divided into 39 cases each in the observation group and the control group according to the method of randomized numerical table.The patients in the control group adopted conventional nursing care,and the patients in the observation group adopted perioperative nursing care,and the patients in the two groups were evaluated on the basis of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and the self-rating depression scale(SDS)before and after the intervention,and the satisfaction of nursing care in the two groups was compared.Results After nursing care,the SAS and SDS scores of patients in both groups decreased compared with those before nursing care,and both scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05);the satisfaction level of the observation group(92.31%vs.76.92%)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Perioperative nursing interventions are effective for patients undergoing meningioma surgery,and can significantly reduce patients'negative emotions,improve patients'satisfaction with medical care,and promote harmonious nurse-patient and doctor-patient relationships.
