精神康复护理在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究精神分裂症患者护理中运用精神康复护理的干预效果。方法选取苏州太仓市第三人民医院精神科2021年1月—2023年12月收治的精神分裂症患者42例,用随机抽样法分为对照组和观察组,每组21例。观察组实施精神康复护理,对照组实施常规护理,比较两种护理方法的临床应用效果。结果两组干预后的精神状态、心理状态、生活质量较干预前均有改善(均P<0.05);观察组干预后的简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组生活质量评分高于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组的不良行为发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对精神分裂症患者实施精神康复护理既有利于改善患者的精神状态和心理状态,减少患者的不良行为,同时也有利于提高患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the intervention efficacy of mental rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients with schizophrenia.Methods A total of 42 schizophrenic patients admitted to the Third Ward of the Psychiatric Department of the Third People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and divided into 21 cases/group by random sampling method.Psychiatric rehabilitation nursing was implemented in the observation group and routine nursing was implemented in the control group.The clinical application effects of the two nursing methods were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the mental state,psychological state and quality of life of the two groups improved compared with before intervention(all P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of the concise psychiatric rating scale(BPRS),self-rating anxiety Scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of life quality were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of bad behavior in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of mental rehabilitation nursing for patients with schizophrenia can not only improve the mental state and psychological state of patients,reduce the bad behavior of patients,but also improve the quality of life of patients.
