摘  要:目的:探讨护士知识共享行为在职业生涯韧性与创新能力间的中介效应。方法:对291名护士进行知识共享行为、职业生涯韧性、创新能力调查,分析三者之间的相关性,建立结构方程模型进行中介效应检验。结果:护士职业生涯韧性总分与护士知识共享行为、创新能力总分均呈正相关(P<0.05);护士知识共享行为在职业生涯韧性与创新能力间具有中介效应。结论:护士职业生涯韧性、创新能力、护士知识共享行为之间均呈正相关,护士知识共享行为在职业生涯韧性与创新能力起部分中介作用。Objective:To explore the mediating effects of knowledge sharing behavior between nurses′career resilience and innovation ability in clinical nurses.Methods:A total of 291 clinical nurses were investigated for knowledge sharing behavior,career resilience and innovation ability,and the correlation among them was analyzed.A structural equation model was established to test the mediating effect.Results:The score of career resilience was positively correlated with that of knowledge sharing behavior and innovation ability(P<0.05).Nurses′knowledge sharing behavior has a mediating effect between career resilience and innovation ability.Conclusion:Career resilience,innovation ability and knowledge sharing behavior of clinical nurses are positively correlated,and knowledge sharing behavior plays a partial mediating role between career resilience and innovation ability.
