奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡并胃出血的效果及对患者炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡并胃出血的效果及对患者炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2020年7月至2021年7月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇七医院收治的100例胃溃疡并胃出血患者作为研究对象,按照系统抽样法分为对照组与观察组,每组50例。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状改善时间、炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平、胃泌素和胃动素水平及不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组呕血便血、腹痛腹胀、嗳气缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组IL-6、IL-1、CRP水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组胃泌素、胃动素水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论奥美拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胃溃疡并胃出血的疗效显著,可有效改善症状,降低机体炎症效应,促进溃疡面早日愈合,且安全性较高。Objective To explore the effect of omeprazole combined with magnesium aluminate on gastric ulcer complicated with gastric bleed-ing and its influence on the level of inflammatory factors in patients.Methods 100 patients with gastric ulcer complicated with gastric bleeding ad-mitted to the No.907 Hospital of China People's Liberation Army Joint Logistics Support Force from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the re-search subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to systematic sampling method,with 50 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,the improvement time of clinical symptoms,the levels of inflammatory factors(interleukin-6[IL-6],interleukin-1[IL-1],C-reactive protein[CRP]),the levels of gastrin and motilin and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).The remission time of hematemesis,hematochezia,abdominal pain,abdominal distension and belching in the observa-tion group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-1 and CRP of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of gastrin and motilin of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant differ-ence in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Omeprazole combined with magnesium aluminum carbonate is ef-fective in the treatment of gastric ulcer complicated with gastric bleeding,which can effectively improve symptoms,reduce the inflammatory effect of the body,and promote the early heali
