摘  要:目的探讨益生菌补剂辅助生物反馈治疗对功能性便秘(FC)患者粪便性状、胃肠动力学及血清肠神经递质水平的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2021年6月成都市双流区第一人民医院收治的88例FC患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各44例。对照组给予生物反馈治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加益生菌补剂辅助治疗,比较两组治疗前后粪便性状[Bristol粪便性状评估表(BSFS)]、胃肠动力学指标[胃动素(MTL)、胃泌素(GAS)、口-盲肠通过时间(OCTT)]及血清肠神经递质[肠内P物质(SP)、一氧化氮(NO)]水平。结果治疗4周时,两组均未见患者粪便性状BSFS呈6型/7型;观察组1型/2型占比低于对照组,3型/4型/5型占比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周,两组MTL、GAS水平均高于治疗前,OCTT均短于治疗前,且观察组MTL、GAS水平高于对照组,OCTT短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4周,两组SP水平均高于治疗前,NO水平均低于治疗前,且观察组SP水平高于对照组,NO水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益生菌补剂辅助生物反馈治疗FC能有效改善患者便秘症状,提高患者胃肠动力,改善血清肠神经递质水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effects of probiotic supplement-assisted biofeedback therapy on fecal traits,gastrointestinal dynamics,and serum enteric neurotransmitter levels in patients with functional constipation(FC).Methods 88 FC patients admitted in Shuangliu District First Peo-ple's Hospital from January 2020 and June 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 44 cash in each group.The control group was given the biofeedback treatment,the observation group added the probiotic supple-ment adjuvant therapy to the control group,the fecal traits(Bristol Fecal Character Assessment Form[BSFS]),gastrointestinal kinetic indicators(mo-tilin[MTL],gastrin[GAS],oral-cecum transmitting time[OCTT])and serum enteric neurotransmitters(intestinal substance P[SP],nitric oxide[NO])levels were compared between the two groups.Results At 4 weeks of treatment,there was no type 6/7 BSFS of the two groups;the propor-tion of type 1/2 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the proportion of type 3/4/5 was higher than that in the con-trol group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of MTL and GAS of the two groups were high-er than those before treatment,and OCTT was shorter than that before treatment,and the levels of MTL and GAS in the observation group were high-er than those in the control group,and OCTT was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the SP levels of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the NO levels were lower than those before treat-ment,and the SP level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the NO level was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Probiotic supplement-assisted biofeedback therapy with FC can effectively im-prove the constipation symptoms,improve the
