摘　　要：尿液检查在临床应用历史悠久,已成为常规检查手段,既往在癌症的诊治中主要局限于泌尿系统。随着基因技术、代谢组学、蛋白组学技术的发展,国内外针对尿液检查技术在各个系统癌症诊治中的作用开展了广泛研究,本文就近年来尿液诊断技术在各个系统癌症中的研究成果进行综述,旨在将更好的无创、高效的尿液检查技术指导临床实践及科学研发工作。Urine examination has a long history of clinical application and has become a routine examination method,in the past,it was mainly limited to the urinary system in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.With the development of gene technology,metabolomics and proteomics tech-nology,extensive research has been carried out at home and abroad on the role of urine examination technology in the diagnosis and treatment of can-cer in various systems.This article reviews the research results of urine diagnosis technology in various cancer systems in recent years,in order to guide clinical practice and scientific research and development with better non-invasive and efficient urine examination technology.
