光活化消毒辅助治疗畸形舌侧沟引起的牙周牙髓联合病变的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究光活化消毒辅助治疗畸形舌侧沟引起的牙周牙髓联合病变的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月韶关市口腔医院收治的80例畸形舌侧沟引起的牙周牙髓联合病变患者。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组40例和观察组40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予光活化消毒辅助治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前及治疗后6周、12周牙齿松动度、菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数及牙龈指数、炎症相关指标。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6周、12周,观察组牙齿松动度、菌斑指数、龈沟出血指数及牙龈指数均显著低于治疗前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6周、12周,观察组粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)及巨噬细胞炎症蛋白1α(MIP-1α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均显著低于治疗前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:光活化消毒辅助治疗畸形舌侧沟引起的牙周牙髓联合病变的效果较好,且可有效控制局部炎症反应状态,在畸形舌侧沟引起的牙周牙髓联合病变患者中的应用效果较好。Objective:To investigate the effect of photoactivation disinfection assistive treatment in patients with combined periodontal-endodontic lesions caused by deformation lingual side sulcus.Method:A total of 80 patients with patients with combined periodontal-endodontic lesions caused by deformation lingual side sulcus were selected from Shaoguan Stomatological Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022.They were divided into control group of 40 cases and observation group of 40 cases according to random number table method.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given photoactivation disinfection assistive treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,tooth loosening degree,gingival plaque index,gingival sulcus bleeding index and gingival index,and inflammation-related indexes before treatment,6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,the tooth loosening degree,gingival plaque index,gingival sulcus bleeding index and gingival index in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 and 12 weeks after treatment,the levels of granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor(GM-CSF),macrophage inflammatory protein 1α(MIP-1α),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of photoactivation disinfection assistive treatment in patients with combined periodontal-endodontic lesions caused by deformation lingual side sulcus is better,and it can effectively control the local inflammatory response condition,s
