摘　　要：帕金森病(PD)是一种常见于老年人的神经系统变性疾病,主要以静止性震颤、运动迟缓、肌肉强直为主要特征。秀丽隐杆线虫在神经系统疾病研究方面具有其独特优势,是一种广泛应用的模式生物。该文简要归纳了秀丽隐杆线虫模型的特点,重点综述了秀丽隐杆线虫在PD研究中的应用,为PD机制研究及新药研发提供了参考和选择。Parkinson′s disease(PD)is a neurodegenerative disease commonly in the elderly,which is mainly characterized by resting tremor,bradykinesia,and muscle tonus.Caenorhabditis elegans has its unique advantages in the study of neurological diseases and is a widely used model organism.The paper briefly summarized the characteristics of the Caenorhabditis elegans model and focuses on the application of Caenorhabditis elegans in the study of PD,which provided reference and options for the study of PD mechanism and the development of new drugs.
