摘　　要：目的 探讨腹腔镜根治术对卵巢癌患者生活质量、并发症发生情况及预后的影响。方法 根据手术方案的不同将82例卵巢癌患者分为观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=40),对照组患者给予传统开腹手术,观察组患者给予腹腔镜根治术。比较两组患者的术后化疗率、围手术期指标、治疗配合度、生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOLI-74)]、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、并发症发生情况及预后情况。结果 观察组患者术中出血量明显少于对照组,住院时间和排气时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);两组患者手术时间无明显差异(P﹥0.05)。观察组患者的治疗配合度为95.24%,高于对照组患者的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。手术后,观察组患者的GQOLI-74评分明显高于对照组,VAS评分和并发症总发生率均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。两组患者1、2年生存、复发情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论 腹腔镜根治术治疗卵巢癌的效果显著,可有效促进患者术后恢复,缩短住院时间,有利于提高患者的治疗配合度和生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic radical surgery on the quality of life,incidence of complications,and prognosis of ovarian cancer patients.Method A total of 82 ovarian cancer patients were divided into observation group(n=42) and control group(n=40) according to different surgical methods.The patients in the control group received traditional open surgery,while the patients in the observation group received laparoscopic radical surgery.The postoperative chemotherapy rate,perioperative indicators,treatment cooperation,quality of life [generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)],pain level [visual analogue scale(VAS)],incidence of complications,and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Result The intraoperative bleeding volume of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the hospital stay and exhaust time were significantly shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in surgical time between the two groups(P>0.05).The treatment cooperation rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 80.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the GQOLI-74 score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the VAS score and total incidence of complications were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There were no statistically significant differences in 1-year,2-year survival and recurrence rates between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic radical surgery for ovarian cancer has a significant effect,which can effectively promote postoperative recovery,shorten hospital stay,and improve treatment cooperation and quality of life of patients.
