摘  要:为实现长学制“5+3”医学教育改革及适应新时代医学生培养要求,对比不同学制教学模式的区别,分析了长学制医学病理教学的新问题和新要求。通过临床案例的虚拟仿真实验教学与传统课堂教学、病理标本实训、线上慕课等多形式相结合的混合式教学模式,实现学生课上课下双闭环、沉浸式的自主学习。该实验帮助学生实现医学角色转换提升学习主动性,提升对病理学的学习兴趣,同时提高了临床病理知识、技能和科研基础能力,从而促进长学制病理学“医教研”协同育人的发展新要求。In order to realize the longterm education reform of“5+3”medical students and adapt to the training program of medical students in the new era,by comparing the differences in the teaching modes of different educational systems,the new problems and requirements of the longterm medical pathology teaching are refined.Through the virtual simulation experiment teaching of clinical cases,the new mixed teaching mode combined with traditional classroom teaching,pathological specimen training,online mooting class can realize the double closedloop and immersive independent learning of students in class.This not only helps students realize the transformation of medical roles and enhance their learning initiative,but also trains clinical pathology knowledge,skills and basic scientific research capabilities,thereby comprehensively enhancing the coordinated development of“medical,teaching and research”in pathology for the longterm system.
