摘  要:为解决植物类固体废物稻草秸秆预处理问题,研究了各种预处理方式对稻草酶水解产生还原糖浓度的影响。结果表明,经过2.0%稀硫酸、3.0%氢氧化钠、微波(450 W、10 min)、稀酸-微波和氢氧化钠-微波预处理后的稻草粉,酶水解产生的还原糖浓度比未处理时分别增大了1.39、2.07、0.39、2.34和3.11倍,起到了良好的预处理效果,其中氢氧化钠-微波联合预处理的效果最好。稻草秸秆采用氢氧化钠-微波联合预处理后,再加入纤维素酶进行水解,当纤维素酶加量为30 FPU/(g底物)、底物质量浓度为60 g/L、水解反应为50 h后,酶水解率可达85%以上,加入质量浓度2 g/L的非离子表面活性剂C能够使酶水解率增大至90%以上。In order to solve the problem of pretreatment of straw straw in plant solid waste,the effects of various pretreatment methods on the concentration of reducing sugar produced by straw enzyme hydrolysis were studied.The results showed that the concentrations of reducing sugars produced by enzymatic hydrolysis increased by 1.39,2.07,0.39,2.34 and 3.11 times respectively after 2.0%dilute sulfuric acid,3.0%sodium hydroxide,microwave(450 W,10 min),dilute acid-microwave and sodium hydroxide-microwave pretreatment,respectively,showing good pretreatment effect,and the sodium hydroxide-microwave combined pretreatment has the best effect.When the amount of cellulase was 30 FPU/(g substrate),the substrate concentration was 60 g/L,and the hydrolysis reaction was 50 h,the enzymatic hydrolysis rate could reach more than 85%,and the addition of nonionic surfactant C with a mass concentration of 2 g/L could increase the enzymatic hydrolysis rate to more than 90%.
